His formal training at a renowned culinary school,and establishments such as Gerry Galvin's Drimcong House & Dan Mullane's Mustard Seed Restaurant as well as being Chef / Patron of The White Sage Restaurant in Adare ,honed by his skills and ignited in his creativity. Travel experiences around the globe have further enriched his culinary knowledge and inspired his unique approach to cooking. Number 35 restaurant ,Kenmare will always be a special place were many dishes were created ,enjoyed and savoured by many.
